For years, I battled unexplained symptoms—starting with endometriosis and a cycle of invasive treatments that offered no lasting relief. Seeking better answers, I turned to whole foods, which helped, but lingering fatigue, brain fog, and depression signaled something deeper.
A diagnosis of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis brought clarity, followed by others: Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Sjögren's Disease, and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome triggered by mold exposure. Each added new layers of complexity.

Length: This program is 12 Weeks long
Weekly Calls: Weekly 60-minute sessions (live coaching), plus worksheets, activities, and tracking tools.
Daily Voxer Support: Send messages whenever it’s convenient for you, and I’ll answer Mon - Friday and also provide additional accountability and affirmations.
Personalized Support Handbook: Together we’ll create a handbook of tailored strategies to manage autoimmune symptoms through diet, lifestyle, and stress management.
